Each year, we review which coastal and inland waters should be officially classified as bathing waters. These locations must meet strict water quality standards to protect public health.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 85 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, that Dublin City Council, being the Planning Authority for Dublin City, has prepared a Proposed Special Planning Control Scheme for Grafton Street and Environs 2026-2036.

Dublin City Council’s Central Area Office received a request to Extinguish the public right of way over the laneway to the rear of Houses No. 1-21 Nottingham Street, Dublin 1 by residents who back onto the laneway.
